Ribbon is sold in full rolls. Our standard roll lengths are 25 m (approximately 27.3 yd) and 50 m (approximately 54.7 yd). The roll lengths available for a particular product are listed on its product page.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery address.

Yes. Eligible ribbon orders receive 5% off 5 to 9 rolls and 10% off 10 or more. You can combine the current widths, colors, and roll lengths in one cart. The discount appears automatically.

Yes. Wholesale, private label, and OEM options are available for many Bench & Block products. Minimum quantities and pricing depend on the product or project. Visit our Business page for more information.

Yes. Private-label and OEM projects can include ribbon, hat-making supplies, tools, equipment, finished hats, and other products. The available options depend on the product and what you want to create.

Customization depends on the product. For ribbon and supplies, we can discuss materials, dimensions, colors, branding, labels, and packaging. For felt hats, we can also discuss shape, proportions, felt, ribbon, bow, sweatband, and liner. Samples, revisions, and approval steps depend on the project.

No. Bench & Block supports wholesale, private-label, and OEM orders, but does not offer dropshipping.

We ship to most countries, but availability can depend on the product, destination, and current shipping or import restrictions. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please contact us before ordering. If we discover a shipping problem after your order is placed, we will contact you directly.
